The Patera Group
Our Philosophy
The Patera Group was founded in 2003 by a husband-and-wife team with a simple belief: the places we create shape the lives lived within them. Today, we bring together decades of experience in building, restoration and property, creating homes of lasting quality that belong to the landscapes around them.
Three Worlds. One Standard.
01 — Crafted Residences
Bespoke Builds
A fully in-house design and carpentry team, trusted with everything from ground-up new builds to award-winning listed restorations.
02 — Landmark Projects
Developments
A collection of our larger developments, shaped by thoughtful design, enduring architecture and a strong sense of place.
03 — Considered Spaces
Interior Design
Considered interiors, thoughtfully designed to complement each home — balancing beauty, character and effortless living.
Client Stories
The Patera Group didn't just build our home — they understood our life. Every room tells a story we helped write.
Three generations of our family now call this house home. Patera created something that somehow felt as though it had always belonged to us — a home filled with character, warmth and a sense of history from the very beginning. That is a rare gift.
Begin Your Journey
Every Exceptional Home Begins with a Conversation
We work with a carefully chosen number of clients each year. If you are ready to discuss your vision, we would be honoured to listen.
